(More customer reviews)I've had the product for a little over a month.I use it for a few minuites just before I go to bed.I started feeling a difference in my back in just a couple of weeks.I used to wake up with stiffness, now theres none.I definitley recommend this to everyone with lower back pain.
The only cons I can think of:
Its very heavy. When the box arrives, don't move it alone or you will hurt your back even more. Don't even think that you will be folding it and putting it away ever.
The ankle restaints are a little uncomfortable when you are fully inverted.Wearing a pair of sneakers helps a lot though.
